I had a wonderful experience working with Lindsay at SoRoc on Maine! She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming ... from the very beginning. She gave me a great tour of the beautiful property, answered all of my questions, and took the time to walk me through the application process step by step. She was always courteous, quick to respond when I called with questions, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I’ve had a great experience living at SoRoc on Maine for the past 3 years. Lindsay, Kristin and Kim in the office are fantastic, ... friendly, relatable and helpful. The property is very well maintained, and you can tell management takes pride in keeping everything clean and inviting. The courtyard is especially nice, well kept and provides a relaxing, comfortable space to unwind or spend time with friends. The pool area is another highlight. It’s clean, well-designed, and feels like a little retreat right at home with a grilling area and turf for beanbags. The overall atmosphere of the community is welcoming and modern, and the common areas consistently look great. The only downside is parking. It can be a bit challenging in the late evening. While it’s manageable, it’s definitely the one area that could use improvement. Overall, SoRoc on Maine is a wonderful place to live, it offers fantastic amenities and a well-maintained environment. I want to sincerely thank the So Roc team in Rochester. The staff members are amazing, always professional, respectful, and ... timely. Flexible and friendly management team, they are always welcome questions with accuracy and with a smile. Maintenance responds quickly whenever I call, whether it’s for an electrical issue, a breaker, or outlet changes, and they always do an excellent job. What truly stands out is their attention to detail and respect for my home. They enter carefully, keep everything clean, and leave my apartment exactly the way they found it. Today, I called because my refrigerator stopped working, and it was replaced immediately with a brand-new one. The team even put all my groceries back just the way they were. Thank you Adam. Finding an apartment with great amenities and security was a must have for me moving into a new city. My experience from ... touring to moving in was a great experience.
